Message	put undo stress on your motor. Mobil 1 10W30 is a good all around oil but I prefer Mobil 1 15W50 for the extra protection. I experimented with lightweight oils and learned the hard way that these V-6 motors put alot of stress on their bearings. Stay with the proven 10 weight Mobil 1 or any other reputable synthetic oil (except Castrol) or even a heavier version...but please don't try to scavenge that last 2-5 hp putting a lightweight oil in your car. Most on this forum have had good luck with Mobil1 or Royal Purple..... Just my .03 Rob D.
